Assessments

An assessment may include the use of psychological instruments and clinical interviews for the purpose of evaluation.  Such evaluations may be requested for purposes of screening for symptoms of depression, anxiety or other types of emotionality. Additionally they are used to gain a deeper understanding of an individual's personality, patterns of substance abuse and/or addiction, educational difficulties or learning styles, pre-marital preparedness and family or marital communications patterns, and other aspects of individual and human systems, (marriage or family) functioning.  Another area of assessments involves organizational systems and leadership development.  Such assessments include the evaluation of individual leadership characteristics, interpersonal and organizational communication styles, and other forms of evaluating strrengths and weaknesses regarding organizational management.
