2007-2008     NorthCare, Community Behavioral Health Clinic, Oklahoma City OK;  Manager of Adult Outpatient Clinic, Intake and Screening.  Administrator of adult programs at a community mental health clinic. Clinical supervision of treatment team  members.  Obtained State and CARF   certification and licensure.

2006-2007     Cadwalder Behavioral Clinics, Tomball, Texas. Eating Disorder and Addiction Programs.  Eating Disorder Therapist on multidisciplinary team.  Provided groups,  individual and family therapy. Certified Equine Psychotherapist groups and family sessions. Public lectures/Marketing of Programs.

2005              Avila University, Kansas City, MO. Director and Designer of Art Therapy Counseling/Psychology Master Program.  Administration teach courses, review/interview student applicants and develop curriculum.

2002-2005     The Menninger Clinic, Topeka, Kansas and Houston, Texas. Eating Disorder Program Developed the curriculum for this units.  Conducted psychological assessment, evaluation, and treatment.  Coordinated multidisciplinary team efforts.  Provided group and individual therapy.  Marketing eating disorder programs at national and state  conferences, lectured on eating disorders and addictions. 

1997-2007      Insight Center, Director and Founder.   A nonprofit corporation, Missouri, Kansas and Texas. Wrote and obtained grant funding for correctional facility consulting.    Provided treatment for substance abuse, eating disorders, compulsive gambling, trauma, and sexual abuse.  Marketing and Lecturing of Programs.

1998-2002      Saint Luke's Shawnee Mission Behavioral Health Systems, Director of Addiction Outpatient ServicesKansas City, Missouri.  Responsible for program development and implementation of outpatient addiction services/programs.  Clinical supervisor of addiction team members.  Marketing of addiction programs, community education, community training, annual budgeting, and grant writing.  Obtained state certification and JCAHO licensure for addiction services.

Obtained state certification and JCAHO licensure for addiction services. 

1996-2002      Avila University, Kansas City, MO. Adjunct Professor of Art Therapy Program. Designer of Art Therapy Counseling/Psychology undergraduate Program. 

1988-1993      Merridell Achievement Center, Director of Addiction Programs   Austin, Texas.  Designed and implemented addiction programs for eating disorders, substance abuse,     and sex addictions.  Prepared annual budget, marketed services, and supervised programs and personnel.

 West Park Hospital, NU-WEIGH Eating Disorders Program. Canoga Park, California.  Psychotherapist and Art Therapist in eating disorder program.

 UCLA Hospital and Clinics, Los Angeles, CA.  Grant-funded project that provided psychological treatment for cancer and HIV patients. Psychotherapist and Art Therapist.
