Ann E. Benjamin, M.Ed.

"My commitment lies in helping people, especially families, become healthier in their relationships."

Ann, a licensed professional counselor and licensed marriage and family counselor, brings warmth and humor to her practice as she helps individuals, families, and couples deal with the problems of contemporary Life. Ann is a member of the American Counselor Association. First working with people to identify specific problems, Ann then helps them develop real and workable solutions.  Her professional scope of practice includes a wide range of mental health services for adults, couples and families.   

Ann's extensive experience also includes consulting with businesses and educational organizations across the country.  She provides executive coaching and consulting services to businesses as an associate of the College of Executive Coaching.  Additionally, she is a popular speaker at many civic and community events. Her "Life Management" seminars address the diverse
needs and concerns of society today with topics ranging from "Conflict Resolution" to "Team Building," "Stress Manage­ment" and "Effective Communication." Ann has completed "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" course work and is an Associate of the Covey Leadership Center of Oklahoma.

Prior to establishing her private practice Ann coordinated guidance services for the Edmond Public Schools and has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. Ann and her husband reside in Edmond and are the parents of two young adults.
